✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of Pakistan or Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
- Health: Applicants must be in good health.
- Educational Background:
- Undergraduate: Must have completed 12 years of schooling (FA/FSc or equivalent).
- Master’s: Bachelor’s degree.
- PhD: Master’s degree.
- Age Limits:
- Undergraduate: Under 25 years.
- Master’s: Under 35 years.
- PhD: Under 40 years.
- Language Proficiency: Depending on the program, proof of English or Chinese language proficiency may be required.
- Other Requirements: Applicants must not be enrolled in any other scholarship program.

- Research Programs and Universities:

- Apply on CSC Portal:

- Select the appropriate scholarship category (usually Type A for applications through HEC).
- Note the agency number for HEC: 5861.
- Apply on HEC Portal:
- Register and complete the application at https://scholarship.hec.gov.pk.
- Upload all required documents.
- Submit Hard Copies:
- After online submissions, send hard copies of the application and documents to HEC as per their guidelines.
- Await Nomination:
- HEC will shortlist and nominate candidates to the CSC.
- Final Selection:
- CSC will make the final selection and inform applicants through HEC.
