Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of developing countries.
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fields such as Geography, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Law, Political and Social Science, Business and Administration, Economics, or International Development.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of professional work experience in a field related to urban management.
- Language Proficiency: Proof of English proficiency through TOEFL (minimum 79 iBT) or IELTS (minimum 6.0).
- Additional Requirements: Applicants from certain countries may need to provide an APS certificate.
