Eligibility Criteria:

• Intermediate: Successful completion of SSC (Matriculation) or equivalent with a minimum percentage of marks. Specific percentages may apply to different groups (e.g., Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering).
• BS (Honors): Successful completion of Intermediate/HSSC/A-Levels or equivalent with a minimum percentage of marks (usually 50% or higher). Specific programs may have additional subject requirements.
• Master's: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum percentage or CGPA.

Necessary Documents:

Generally, you will need to provide the following documents during the application process:

• Scanned copies of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or B-Form.
• Scanned copies of your father's/guardian's CNIC.
• Scanned recent passport-sized photograph with a white background.
• Scanned copies of your academic transcripts and degrees/certificates:
  • Matriculation/O-Level (Result card and certificate)
  • Intermediate/A-Level/Equivalent (Result card and certificate/diploma)
  • Bachelor's degree and transcript (for postgraduate programs)
  • Master's degree and transcript (for PhD programs)
• Equivalence certificate from IBCC (for O/A Level/equivalent foreign qualifications).
• Equivalence certificate from HEC (for Bachelor's/Master's degrees from foreign universities, if applicable).
• Score reports for any required entrance tests (e.g., GCUMAT, GMAT, GCU-GAT, NTS GAT).
• Bank challan/online payment confirmation of the application processing fee.
• Other documents as specified by the specific program (e.g., experience certificates for EMBA, statement of purpose or research proposal for postgraduate programs, reference letters).

Ensure all scanned documents are clear and legible. You may need to submit original documents for verification upon admission.

4. Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of all the mandatory documents.
5. Select Program(s): Choose the specific degree program(s) you wish to apply for.
6. Pay the Application Processing Fee: Pay the non-refundable fee through the available online methods or via bank challan.
7. Submit the Application: Review all information and submit the online application before the deadline.
8. Appear for Entrance Test/Interview (if required): If your program requires an entrance test or interview, ensure you appear on the scheduled date and time.
9. Check Merit Lists: Regularly check the GCU website for the announcement of merit lists.
10. Submit Documents and Pay Admission Fee: If your name is on the merit list, follow the instructions to submit original documents for verification and pay the admission fee within the specified time.
11. Attend Orientation and Classes: Once your admission is confirmed, attend the orientation session and begin your academic journey.
