Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility varies by program and level:

Undergraduate Programs (BS):

• General: At least 50% marks in F.Sc. or equivalent (e.g., ICS, DAE) from a recognized institution. Some programs might require higher percentages (e.g., 60% for Engineering programs, specific marks in relevant subjects like Mathematics for CS/IT programs).
  • Specific Program Requirements:Engineering Programs: F.Sc Pre-Engineering, F.Sc Pre-Medical with additional Maths, ICS (Physics, Maths, Computer), DAE in relevant field (2% quota). Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate or equivalent.
  • Computer Science & Information Technology Programs: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) / ICS / DAE / B.Sc. with at least 50% marks. For BS(CS) and BS(IT), applicants must have at least 60% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) level Mathematics.
  • Health Sciences Programs: F.Sc Pre-Medical or equivalent with at least 50% marks.
  • BBA: HSSC or equivalent with at least 45% marks.
  • LLB: HSSC/DAE or equivalent with at least 45% marks. Maximum age limit 23 years. LAT qualified test with 50% marks.
  • BS English: 45% marks in English only.
  • BS Fine Arts, Communication Design & BS Textile Design: Drawing Test.
  • BS Physical Education: Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
• Age Limit: Generally, there is no age restriction for admission to most degree programs, except for LLB where the maximum age limit is 23 years.

Graduate Programs (MS/MPhil):

• General: 16 years of education in a relevant discipline recognized by HEC Pakistan.
• Academic Score: Minimum CGPA 2.0 out of 4.00 or minimum 50% marks in the annual system (some programs may require 2.5/4.0 or 60% in annual system).
  • Specific Program Requirements:MS Health Care Management: MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, DPT/BSPT, BS Hons. in Health Sciences or equivalent.
  • MBA 2 Years: Sixteen (16) years of Education in any discipline.
  • MS Business Administration: Sixteen (16) years of education only in business relevant.

Postgraduate Programs (PhD):

• General: 18 years of education in a relevant discipline.

Academic Score: Minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.00 or minimum 60% marks in the annual system.

Necessary Documents:

When applying, you are typically required to submit attested copies of the following documents online and/or bring originals for verification:

• All Educational Documents (Matric, F.Sc/DAE/ICS, Bachelor's/Master's degrees, mark sheets)
• Passport Size Photograph
• CNIC / B. Form (Applicant's)
• Father / Guardian CNIC
• NOC from Employer for MS applicants (if Government / Semi-Government Employee)
• Equivalence Certificate (If applicable, for foreign qualifications or equivalent degrees)
• Paid Entry Test Voucher (if applicable)

Required Entrance Tests (if any)

KFUEIT conducts its own entry tests, collectively referred to as KFUEIT Tests, in addition to accepting other national tests.

• KFAT (Khwaja Fareed Aptitude Test): For general undergraduate non-engineering programs.
• KFEAT (Khwaja Fareed Engineering Aptitude Test): For undergraduate engineering programs. If you don't appear in ECAT, KFEAT is an alternative.
• KFGAT (Khwaja Fareed Graduate Assessment Test): For graduate (MS/MPhil) programs. Minimum 60% marks required to pass.
• KFGAT (Subject): For PhD programs. Minimum 70% marks required to pass.

Other accepted tests:

• For Engineering Programs: ECAT (conducted by UET Lahore), HAT (Higher Aptitude Test).
• For Non-Engineering Programs: NAT (National Aptitude Test), ECAT, KFEAT, MDCAT (Medical College Admission Test for relevant health sciences programs).
• For MS and PhD Programs: NTS GAT (General), HEC HAT, GRE International.

Important Notes on Entry Tests:

• KFUEIT tests are generally conducted online at the university campus.
• You must bring your paid voucher, original CNIC/B-form, and matric result card to the test center.
• Mobile phones, calculators, or any gadgets are not allowed in the test center.
• KFAT, KFGAT, and KFEAT are valid only for the current/running admission cycle.
• There are no specific passing marks for KFAT/KFEAT; the percentage is added to the merit calculation.

Scholarship Opportunities:

KFUEIT is committed to providing financial assistance to deserving students. Here are some of the scholarship opportunities available:

• Merit Scholarship: Awarded to students enrolled in the first semester based on their aggregate marks in the admission merit list. For continued students, a minimum SGPA of 2.0 and full course load is required.
• Need-Based Scholarship: Awarded to needy, deserving, and orphan students of Bachelor's and Master's programs. Primary criteria is financial need. Students must have a minimum SGPA of 2.0 and not be receiving scholarships from other sources. The maximum scholarship amount is equal to the full tuition fee.
• PEEF Scholarships: Various PEEF (Punjab Educational Endowment Fund) scholarships are offered, including Merit Scholarship, Quota Base Scholarship, Master's level Scholarship, and OPEF Scholarship.
• Mora Scholarship: A scheme offered by the Ministry of Religious Affairs for needy and deserving students.
• Khwaja Fareed Foundation (KIF) Scholarship: For deserving talented students with more than 75% marks in Matric and Intermediate, pursuing education on open merit in any Government Institution.
• Fauji Foundation Scholarship: For ex-servicemen and their families.

To apply for scholarships, students usually need to submit a duly filled application form with required documents (income certificate of parent/guardian, copy of fee challan, DMC, CNIC, electricity bill, etc.) to the Scholarship Committee. Interviews may be conducted for final selection.

Complete Application Process:

The application process for KFUEIT generally involves the following steps:

• Online Application:Visit the KFUEIT E-Portal
• Register for a new account if you don't have one.
• Fill out the online application form accurately, providing all required personal and academic details.
• Upload scanned copies of all necessary documents as specified (educational documents, CNIC/B-form, passport-size photo, etc.).
• Generate and Pay Application Fee Challan:After successfully submitting the online application, you will usually be able to print a challan form for the application processing fee.
• The application processing fee is typically Rs. 750/- for Undergraduate Programs and Rs. 1,500/- for Graduate Programs.
• Submit the fee to the designated bank (e.g., HBL or First Women Bank).
• It's crucial to upload the paid voucher to your online portal to confirm your application.
• Entrance Test (if required):If your program requires an entry test (KFAT, KFEAT, KFGAT), you will receive an email/SMS/website notice regarding the test schedule.
• Appear for the computer-based entry test at the university.
• Bring the paid voucher, original CNIC/B-form, and Matric result card.
• Merit List Announcement:After the application period and entry tests (if any), the university will announce merit lists based on academic performance and test scores.
• Merit for undergraduate engineering programs is typically 70% F.Sc. or equivalent and 30% Entry Test marks. Similar weightages apply to other programs.
• Admission Offer and Fee Submission:If selected, you will receive an admission offer.
• Submit the required admission and tuition fees within the stipulated deadline to confirm your enrollment.
• Document Verification:Original documents will likely be required for verification at the time of admission.
